Twilight Tuesday!

So many things going on for today's Twilight Tuesday, mostly about the movie coming out next month.

First, I was telling my coworker Tameka, who is also a fan, that I really want to buy an Edward t-shirt that I saw at Borders, but felt a little too embarrassed to actually do so. Today, however, she sent me this picture that she took with her camera phone of the Twilight display table at Borders. The fact that she actually took this picture made me laugh so hard.

My cousin Leslie, who is an equally obsessed fan, told me that she did buy a t-shirt online. I may have to do the same to protect my anonymity and to keep secret the fact that I am not a 12 year old girl.

Also, the final trailer for the movie just came out! It looks wonderful. My SIL Alissa and I were squealing over the fact that they showed Edward and Bella kissing. Squee! Apparently this has been already watched an insane number of times.

And finally, the soundtrack list for the movie has been revealed, and there is a song there called "Bella's Lullaby". I'm a little apprehensive because it might not live up to what I think of as her lullaby (Schumann's Widmung), but I will try to keep an open mind. Also Robert Pattinson (the actor who plays Edward, who was also Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter) sings a song on the track, so I am excited for the CD to come out on November 4.

don't want to disappoint you but the cd soundtrack that is coming out on Nov. 4 is the song soundtrack not the score. You may be wishing for the score although I can't seem to find if that is being released.

Hi Mer, no, I didn't misspeak - I was talking about the soundtrack too, not the score.

I meant to include the track listing on my post but it was getting to be too long - so here it is:

1. Muse — Supermassive Black Hole
2. Paramore — Decode
3. The Black Ghosts — Full Moon
4. Linkin Park — Leave Out All The Rest
5. MuteMath — Spotlight (Twilight Mix)
6. Perry Farrell — Go All The Way (Into The Twilight)
7. Collective Soul — Tremble For My Beloved
8. Paramore — I Caught Myself
10. Rob Pattinson — Never Think
11. Iron & Wine — Flightless Bird, American Mouth
12. Carter Burwell — Bella's Lullaby

I thoroughly enjoy your fascination with this movie (and the cast and the music).:)) I am very interested in this theme myself, but for some reason have totally missed this. Here in Europe it is not talked about at all, is it suppose to be only shown in the US?

Protege, I am not sure actually if they're showing this movie outside the US - I assumed they would, but now I'm not sure. They translated the books into different languages and published those in other countries, but I don't know about the movie. I'll have to get back to you!
